Micaela Brown is an AI strategist, entrepreneur, and speaker based in Frisco, TX. She founded AI Discovery Group after years of helping businesses implement technology systems that actually get adopted — not installed and ignored. She built Chatworthy AI to give businesses a platform that makes AI implementation accessible without requiring a technical team. She advises organizations on AI readiness, leads corporate implementation programs, and works directly with clients on agent deployments through AIDG.
Before building in AI, Micaela founded a multimillion-dollar, award-winning ecommerce beauty brand — a business recognized at the Oscars, Grammys, and Cannes Film Festival, and featured on QVC. That foundation in brand-building, operations, and scaling a product business is what informs how she approaches AI implementation: focused on outcomes, not technology for its own sake.
