Micaela Brown spent nine years running Blush & Whimsy—a cosmetics company she founded in 2016 and built into a multimillion-dollar business. The brand appeared in Oscars and GRAMMY gift suites, sold on QVC, and was featured in Vogue, Forbes, and Cosmopolitan.
She also ran the returns desk. She answered the messages that arrived at eleven at night. She watched orders stall between two people who each believed the other had it.
Those are the gaps AI Discovery Group was built to close.
Most AI projects fail for operational reasons, not technical ones. A workflow nobody owns. A handoff nobody wrote down. An exception nobody planned for. Those failures are difficult to see from the outside and impossible to miss when you are the one carrying the business.
Micaela founded AI Discovery Group to build the systems she needed and could not buy.
