AI Discovery Group is an AI agent implementation agency headquartered in Frisco, Texas. We help mid-market service businesses deploy AI-powered systems — including AI front desk agents, lead qualification agents, win-back agents, and reviews and reputation management agents — delivered through our platform, Chatworthy AI.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and business details submitted via contact forms, quiz funnels, intake portals, or scheduling tools
  • Information shared during discovery calls, onboarding sessions, or email correspondence
  • Payment information processed through our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers

Information collected automatically:

  • Browser type, IP address, device information, and pages visited via standard web analytics tools that do not use cookies or track individuals across sites
  • Referring URLs and session duration for site performance purposes

Information collected via AI voice agents:

  • When you interact with an AI voice agent powered by AIDG (including agents deployed on behalf of our clients), the call may be recorded and transcribed
  • Callers are notified of recording prior to or at the start of each call, in compliance with applicable law
  • Voice call data is processed through a SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA-eligible platform with PII redaction capabilities
  • Call transcripts and lead data may be stored in secure cloud storage and processed by AI models for lead scoring and routing purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver our services
  • Qualify and route leads on behalf of our clients (businesses that have deployed AIDG agents)
  • Score and analyze leads using AI to improve service delivery
  • Send follow-up communications via SMS or email (where consent is given)
  • Process payments and manage client accounts
  • Improve our platform, agents, and website
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.


4. AI Voice Agent Disclosures

AIDG operates AI-powered voice agents that may answer calls on behalf of businesses in industries including medical aesthetics (med spas), real estate, home services, and e-commerce.

  • You are speaking with an AI. Our agents are designed to disclose that they are AI-powered when directly and sincerely asked.
  • Call recording. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and lead follow-up purposes. Disclosure is provided at the start of each call.
  • HIPAA-eligible deployments. For clients in healthcare-adjacent industries (e.g., med spas), call processing occurs through platforms with BAA (Business Associate Agreement) availability and PII redaction enabled.
  • No medical advice. Our voice agents do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party service providers to operate our platform and deliver our services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data security standards. Categories of providers include:

  • Voice agent infrastructure — SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA-eligible; processes call recordings and transcripts
  • AI language model provider — used for lead scoring, enrichment, and follow-up drafting
  • SMS delivery provider — delivers follow-up text communications where consent is given
  • Cloud hosting and data storage — stores operational data with enterprise-grade security
  • Payment processor — handles all transactions; we do not store payment card data
  • Appointment scheduling platform — manages booking and calendar coordination
  • E-commerce platform — manages product delivery and order processing

We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own marketing purposes.


6. SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and consent to SMS communications, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, or follow-up from an AI agent or our team. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.


7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Lead call data and transcripts are retained for the duration of the client engagement and may be deleted upon request.


8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Opt out of SMS or email communications
  • Request that we not process your data for certain purposes

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
