The honest line: Campaign OS keeps your admin clean — it is not legal advice, and it doesn't replace your election agent. Spending rules, donation permissibility, and filing obligations are yours and your agent's to own; the Electoral Commission publishes the definitive guidance. We just make it dramatically easier to stay on the right side of it.

Why won't the AI write my leaflets or target voters?
Deliberate design decision. AI-written persuasion and voter targeting sit in the highest-risk corner of both election law and data protection — and they're also where public trust is thinnest. Campaign OS keeps the AI on the operational side: triage, casework summaries, logistics, and admin. Your message stays yours, written by humans, with the imprint on it.
Where does residents' data live?
On the free tier: entirely on infrastructure you control — your Cloudflare account, your browser storage, your backups. We never see it. On the Managed Plan: we host it under a UK GDPR-based data processing agreement, with team-only access control, nightly backups, and a guaranteed export-and-delete at campaign end.
Does it file my spending return for me?
No — it produces the clean, complete spending-return CSV your election agent files from. Every expense logged at the moment it happened beats a shoebox reconstruction in the final week, but the legal responsibility for the return stays with you and your agent, as it must.
Is the free version really the full product?
Yes — all eight sections and all thirteen assistants. The Managed Plan buys convenience and support: hosting, connectors, branding, backups, and included AI usage. Small campaigns with a technical volunteer often self-host; agents running multiple candidates take Managed.
Can a party branch or agent run several candidates?
