1. Our services

AIDG provides two categories of offering:

• Implementation services — custom-scoped AI agent builds (front desk, lead qualification, win-back, reviews) delivered for a fixed price under a separate proposal or statement of work. These Terms apply alongside any signed proposal; the proposal controls on scope and price.
• Software subscriptions — AI OS (business operating dashboard) and Campaign OS (UK campaign management platform), sold as self-serve tiers described on our Pricing page.

2. Subscriptions, install fees & billing

Software subscriptions bill monthly through Paddle from the date of purchase. Where a tier includes a one-time install/setup fee, that fee is charged at purchase and covers initial configuration, branding, and integration setup as described for that tier. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your Paddle receipt link or by emailing info@aidiscoverygroup.com. Service continues through the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate mid-cycle refunds except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Agent runs & fair use

AI OS tiers include a monthly AI agent-run allowance (see Pricing). Additional usage is billed at $20 per additional 500 runs. Automated or scripted use at abusive volume may be throttled or suspended.

5. Your content & AI-generated outputs

You own the business data you provide and the outputs your subscription generates. AI-generated outputs are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content, message, or analysis before acting on it, sending it, or publishing it. AIDG does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

For Agency Engine (AI OS) specifically: outputs are self-approved by you. Production, revision, and publishing services are not included in any software subscription — those are available separately as an implementation/retainer engagement.

For Campaign OS specifically: the platform's AI assistants are restricted by design to organizational and administrative tasks. They do not generate voter-persuasive political messaging, perform voter targeting or profiling, or solicit donations. You remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable election law, spending limits, and reporting obligations; Campaign OS is a record-keeping and organizational tool, not legal or compliance advice, and does not replace your election agent.

6. Scope & custom work

Custom features, additional integrations, and design work beyond what's described for your tier are quoted separately before work begins.

7. Data retention & deletion

On cancellation, we retain your instance data for 30 days to allow reactivation, then delete it. You may request an export at any time before or during that window. See our Privacy Policy for full data handling practices.

8. Disclaimers

Services and software are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or performance outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or that AI outputs will be error-free. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on for legal, financial, medical, or regulatory decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDG's total liability arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. AIDG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
