Refund Policy

This policy covers software subscriptions purchased through Paddle (AI OS, Campaign OS Managed Plan). Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, on our instruction — request a refund at info@aidiscoverygroup.com or via the link in your Paddle receipt, and we'll respond within 2 business days.

The short version

Monthly subscription fees are refundable within 14 days of a charge if you haven't meaningfully used the service that period. One-time install/setup fees are non-refundable once install work has started, because that work — configuration, branding, integration wiring, Brand Bible construction — is delivered individually and can't be "returned."

2. One-time install / setup fees

Install fees (Founder OS $2,500 / CEO Command $4,500 / Agency Engine $5,500) cover configuration, branding pass, integration wiring, and — for Agency Engine — building your Brand Bible. These are non-refundable once install work has begun. If you cancel before we've started your install, the install fee is refunded in full; email us and we'll confirm your install status.


3. Campaign OS specifics

  • Standard Download (free): no payment, no refund applicable.
  • Managed Plan ($200/mo): the 14-day new-subscriber refund window in Section 1 applies. Because onboarding typically completes within the first week, a refund request after full onboarding is complete is evaluated case by case rather than guaranteed.

4. Implementation services (custom builds)

Fixed-price implementation engagements (AI agent builds, industry automation stacks) are governed by their individual proposal or statement of work, not this policy. Those typically follow a milestone or delivery-based payment structure defined in your signed agreement.


5. How to request a refund

Email info@aidiscoverygroup.com with your Paddle receipt or order reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.


6. Disputes & chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — most issues resolve faster through a direct refund request than a bank dispute. Paddle, as merchant of record, handles the formal dispute process if one is filed.


7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
